In collaboration with Tricilab, we organized the Moravia International Community Film Festival (FICCMORAVIA), a collective space for creativity, exchange, and learning centered on the theme of cinema. The first edition, under the theme “In Defense of the Territory,” took place in Moravia from November 19 to 23, 2024, and was attended by approximately 2,000 people. Over the course of five days and under a large tent that we built specifically for the event, we screened national and international films and hosted a variety of cultural and educational activities at various public spaces throughout the Moravia neighborhood.
The festival was realized in collaboration with Tricilab, Fundación MUV, Misereor, Goethe Institut Colombia, Cinemateca Medellín and Centro de Desarrollo Cultural de Moravia.
